We didn't plan to build this. Our first client forced us to.
In 2025, Trademarks landed our first large corporate order — and it changed how we think about this business.
We thought the hard part would be the apparel. It wasn't. The hard part was watching an HR rep spend hours just finding the right gear, more hours building an order form by hand, then waiting on one bulk shipment — and disappearing for two days afterward, tearing open boxes and sorting hundreds of pieces into individual piles, one per employee, before anyone got their gear.
That's not an HR job. That's a warehouse job nobody signed up for.
So we built a way out of it: we took over employee ordering directly, built the cost-split in from day one, and changed how everything ships. Every order now arrives already packed and labeled by name. No boxes. No piles. No lost week.
